摘要 介绍了DNA拓扑异构酶I和II的结构与特性及DNA拓扑异构酶的不同作用机制及其研究进展,并对其各自抑制剂的类型和特点进行了综述,简要介绍了抑制剂的研究现状和应用前景. The category, characteristic of DNA topoisomerases I and II have been reviewed, and discuss their different mechanism of DNA topoisomerases, moreover introduce the research progress of Topo Ⅰ and Topo Ⅱ inhibitor and their using in the future.
