摘要
采用水浸提法提取竹叶提取液,得到其最佳浸提条件为:竹叶与水的比例为1∶350,浸提时间为6min,温度为100℃.以竹叶提取液、蜂蜜为主要原料,通过正交试验方法,研究竹叶蜂蜜保健饮料的生产工艺与配方.结果表明:白砂糖6%、蜂蜜3%、柠檬酸0.08%的配比下,可制取营养丰富、风味独特的保健饮料.
The extract of bamboo leaves was obtained with it immersed in boiling water. Determine the optimum extracting solution: the ratio of bamboo leaves to water was 1:350, the extracting time 6 rain and the temperature 100℃. Taking the honey and the extract of bamboo leaves as the main raw material , the production craft and the formula of bamboo leaves and honey health drink was studied by orthogonal testing method. The study indicated the optimum ratio: the white granulated sugar 6% ,honey 3% ,citric acid 0.08%. And the health beverage was nutrient-rich and unique flavor.
