普通高校体育教师教育的创新研究

Innovation of the College P. E. Teachers’ education

通过分析继续教育与校本培训在普通高校体育教师在职培训中的作用,指出高校体育教师继续教育中普遍存在重理论轻实践,重学历轻能力,忽视教育方法创新,导致体育教师在职培训后教育技能、运动技术水平培训欠缺等问题,只有创新继续教育途径,才能确保体育教师的专业技能水平得到提升.

This article elaborates that the skilloriented education for the P. E. teachers mainly follows the technical teaching, but ignores the theory research of ＂how to teach＂. It can not satisfy the P.E. education evolution which experienced from the traditional teaching to the scientific teaching. While the school-based training focuses on the development of the school and teacher＇s profession, training teachers in what they are lacking. So it can effectively solve the problems in the college P. E. teachers＇ education, make up for the insufficiency of the school record education and accelerate the reform of P. E. teaching.
