本文针对高校辅导员队伍建设中的责任意识问题,从辅导员应有的责任和责任意识对高校思想政治教育工作的影响角度分析,深入探究问题存在的根源,加强对辅导员责任意识的培养,不断提高高校思想政治教育工作的质量和效果。

In this paper, according to the problems of responsible sense in the construction of college counselors, and with the impact analysis of the counselor the responsibility and responsible sense to Ideological and Political Education, it finds out the cause of the problem, and strengthens the training of counselors＇responsible sense, and improves the quality of Ideological and political education.
