社会主义新农村建设背景下的农民人格调查

Farmers’personality investigation under the Background of building a new socialist countryside

在社会主义新农村建设中,必须重视农民人格问题研究。本文从社会现实出发,结合农民的主要生活领域,针对农民的自主、参与、进取、法制、生态等意识以及职业观念、时间观念和计划性等,对中原地区农民人格进行了调查。结果发现,当前农民人格类型正处于现代性过程中。改变城乡二元结构、加快乡村文化建设、培育乡村公民精神,是培养具有现代公民人格精神的农民的有效途径。

We have to value the cultivated problems on lamer personality styles in the social new village construction. This article sets out from the social reality, integrates the main movable realm on farmer＇s life,aims at farmer＇s indepentdent consciousness,participated consciousness,enterprising consciousness,legal consciousness, ecosystem consciousness,occupation idea,time idea and plan etc, researches on farmer＇s personal modernity of central China. The results showed that the farmer＇s personality is toward to a type conversion process of the personal modernity. Changing the dual structure in urban and rural, supporting the rural worker＇s legal rights,speeding up the rural cultural construction and developing the rural fanners＇spirit is a effective process on developing modern citizen personal spirit.
