摘要
在对起重机进行消摆控制过程中,载荷摆动的角度是一个需要测量的重要参数。用摄像机获得的图像来检测起重机载荷的摆角,安装维护方便。其关键技术是捕捉并辨识图像中的载荷。提出了根据起重机载荷摆动的动态特性预估载荷的位置,然后再去捕捉载荷图像的方法。这种方法可以减少80%的运算量。实验结果表明,这种方法行之有效。
In the process of using anti-sway strategy to the crane, the angle of swing angle of the load is an important parameter to be measured. It can measure the swing angle by the image captured from the camera, which is easy to install and maintain. Its key technology is to catch and recognize the load in the image. The method of estimating the position of the load by the dynamic characters of the crane was put forward. By this method, the computation was reduced by 80 %. The effectiveness of the method has been verified by experiment
