摘要 在分析异步电机调压节电原理的基础上,确定采用调压原理并结合模糊控制算法开展电机节电器的研究方案,设计出了以AT89C51单片机芯片为核心的异步电机智能节电器硬件系统,给出了以电机负载系数和负载系数变化率为输入变量、晶闸管导通角为输出变量的二维模糊控制算法,并进行了Matlab软件仿真,较好地解决了由于电机负载大小与晶闸管触发角之间没有精确的数学模型可以遵循,难以得到最佳调节电压的问题。节电器在实验室进行了模拟试验,试验结果表明该节电器节电效果明显,最高节电率可达30%。 On the base of analyzing the energy saving principle of asynchronous motor by regulating voltage, a program to research motor energy saving device was determined which uses the voltage regulating principle combined with fuzzy control algorithm. A hardware system of intelligent power saver for an asynchronous motor with single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 was designed. And a two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm in which the motor load factor and its changing ratio as input variables and thyristor conducting angle as output variable was presented and also simulated with the software Matlab. Thus the problem, difficult to get the optimal regulating voltage since there is no accurate mathematical model between a motor load and the condueting angle, was solved perfectly. The simulation test of this power saver has been done in laboratory, the test result shows that the energy saving effect is notable and the highest energy-saving rate is up to 30%.
