摘要
根据台湾海峡通道工程学术研讨会构想等的资料,用多目标决策模型中的线性加权和法建立了台海底铁路建设方案的数学模型。综合台海铁路隧道的建设难度、安全因素、建设成本、预期达到的经济效益、人文交流、政治意义等情况做出合理的数学规划,主要目的是从专家学术研讨会讨论的三条路线中得出最优的方案。
In the light of the literature from the set up a mathematic scheme for the construction TST-Project Academic Symposium, the paper tries to of the Taiwan Strait Submarine Tunnel by using the linear weighted-added sum method specified in the model of multi-objective decision. The mathematic scheme has taken into full consideration the construct difficulty, safety factors, construction cost, antieipated economic benefit, cultural communication and political significance of the bunnel for a reasonable design in hope of sorting out the best plan from the three plans proposed at the symposium.
