倒置式潜油电泵机组井下增压注水技术在B15井的应用

摘要 涠12-1N油田为注水开发油田,地饱压差小,为满足注采要求,必须进行增压注水。但由于受平台空间的限制,地面增加设备非常困难。本文提出了将潜油电泵机组"倒置"在注水井井筒中,将14MPa注水源增压至21MPa来实现增压注水的方案,并在W12-1-B15井获得应用成功。该方法不仅满足了注水要求,而且这一工艺填补了国内海上油田倒置式潜油电泵机组井下增压注水技术的空白。 Weizhou12--1N is the oilfield of water injection development with small pressure differential between static and saturation pressure. In order to satisfy the injection and mining requirement, pressure boosting and water injection must be done. However, for the restriction of platform space, increasing e- quipment on ground is very difficult. The plan was proposed to increase the pressure of injected water source from 14 MPa to 21 MPa using an electric submersible pump inverted in the shaft of injecting well. The field test was very successful in W12--1--B15 well, the results shows that the technique fills in the blank of underground pressure boosting and water injection of inversion type submersible electric pump in offshore oilfield in domestic.
