根据科技情报信息出版物的特点,在分析连续出版物通用评价指标的基础上提出适合科技情报信息出版物发展的评价指标,并对指标应用提出相应的建议。

According to the characteristics of publications of scientific and technical information, the author put forward the evaluation index which fit the development of publications of scientific and technical information based on evaluating a serial of general evaluating index. Also the author gave some suggestions in practice as references in work of related department.
