摘要
分析了我国科技信息资源开发利用及共享机制的现状,叙述了信息资源共建共享的相关机制,针对信息资源开发利用中存在的问题,提出了有效的解决方案。
Through researching the actuality of science and technology information resources and its sharing mechanism construction in China and introducing the related sharing and building mechanism, the author found out the problem existed nowadays, and by analyzing these problems, the author put forward the problem resolving scheme.
