摘要
企业员工培训是企业人力资源开发的一个重要内容,重视培训、重视员工全面素质的提升是增强企业实力和竞争力的一项有效措施。在理性认识企业员工培训的价值基础上,分析了企业员工培训中存在的认识和操作误区,并提出企业员工培训的改进建议。
Enterprises staff training is an important part of human resources development. Placing a special emphasis on the staff training and the promotion of staffs qualities is an effective measure to enhance the competitive power of enterprises. On the basis of rationally knowing the value of staff training, this paper analyzes the erroneous zone of realization and operation on staff training and puts forward suggestions for improvement of enterprises staff training.
