摘要
从微生物、化学反应和物理作用等3个方面对清汁类碳酸饮料出现浑浊和沉淀的原因进行了分析研究,并提出相应的解决措施。
From three aspects such as micro-organisms, chemical reactions and physical effects, the author analyzed the reasons of turbidity and sedimentation of juice-type carbonated drinks. Also the author put forward some countermeasures.
