摘要
网络化制造是21世纪制造企业的主要生产模式,建设模拟现代制造企业生产的真实实习场景是破解高等工程教育与学生就业需求之间结构性矛盾的措施之一。结合淮海工学院工程训练中心建设实际,在分析现有网络制造模式的基础上,提出了适合工程训练中心和中小制造企业的基于网络DNC的数控生产基地方案,实现了设备与信息的实时有效管理与监控以及资源共享。
Network-based manufacturing will be the main model of production for manufacturing enterprises in the 21st century; therefore, simulation of the real-scene production model of modern manufacturing enterprises will be one of the measures that can tackle the structural contradiction between higher engineering education and the demand of students' employment. In respect to the status quo of engineering training construction in HHIT, we proposed the NC training (and production) system based on integrated DNC, which is suitable for engineering training cen- ter as well as small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Real-time effective management and monitoring of the equipment and information are realized by the system.
