摘要 提出一种新型纤维复合材料弯管缠绕机的设计,详细介绍了缠绕机的结构、组成和实现方式,并对控制系统中缠绕路径的设计和计算等关键技术进行了深入探讨。弯管模往复摆动,供料系统的吐丝头绕管模旋转,形成缠绕运动,基本实现了测地环形缠绕和管壁厚度均匀。此型复合材料弯管缠绕机既实现了自动缠绕成型,又可以保证制品的质量,解决了复合材料弯管缠绕过程的关键技术难题。 This paper produces a design for the winding machine of the filament composite material bent pipe. The Structure, components, and the realizing methods are introduced in detail, The key techniques, such as the design and calculation for the winding pass, etc. are discussed deeply. The oscillation of the bent pipe and the orifice of the spinneret in the tablet supply system make the winding possible. The machine accomplishes geodesic non-axisymmetric filament winding and pipe-thickness uniform. It automates the winding process, ensures the quality of the products at the same time, and solves the key technical problems in the winding process.
