摘要
以原子吸收光谱法为检测手段,研究了二苯甲酮缩壳聚糖Shiff碱、苯乙醛缩壳聚糖Shiff碱和正丁醛缩壳聚糖Shiff碱3种改性壳聚糖对水溶液中Zn2+的去除能力,考察了Zn2+浓度、pH、改性吸附剂质量和吸附时间的影响,结果表明,3种大分子化合物吸附Zn2+的顺序依次为:二苯甲酮缩壳聚糖Shiff碱>正丁醛缩壳聚糖Shiff碱>苯乙醛缩壳聚糖Shiff碱,其中二苯甲酮缩壳聚糖Shiff碱对Zn2+的吸附量最大为1300 mg/g。
The method of absorbing spectrum by atoms is employed to investigate the Zn^2+ removing capability of three modified chitosans in aqueous solutions, including Schiff's base of chitosan condensation with diphenyl ketone, Schiff base of chitosan condensation with phenylacetaldehyde and Schiff's base of chitosan condensation with n-butyl aldehyde. The effect of Zn^2+ density, pH, absorbent's quality and time on the absorbing capacity is studied. Results show that the absorption properties of Zn^2+ for all these three macromolecular compounds are as follows: the removing capacity of Schiff's base of chitosan condensation with diphenyl ketone is greater than that of Schiff base of chitosan condensation with n-butyl aldehyde, whose capacity is greater than that of Schiff's base of chitosan condensation with phenylacetaldehyde. Among them, the highest Zn^2+ absorbing capacity of Shiff's base of chitosan condensation with diphenyl ketone can come up to 1 300 mg/g.
