苏南5市固定资产投资效率比较分析

Comparative Analysis on the Investment Efficiency of Fixed Assert in Five Cities of Southern Jiangsu

针对投资效率的评价以及单输入单产出指标的不足,建立了固定资产投资的单输入多输出评价指标体系,引入DEA建模分析法,对苏南5市2001—2007年固定资产投资效率进行了相对投资效率比较分析,并运用投资效率分析方法对选取样本进行了绝对投资效率分析。根据分析结果,探析了各市投资效率差异原因,并针对各市情况提出了提高投资效率的政策建议。

In order to overcome the deficiency of the evaluation system of single-input index and single-output index, the evaluation system of multi-output index for fixed-assert investment is established. A comparison is made on the relative investment efficiency in fixed assets in five cities of southern Jiangsu Province using DEA model. Combined with the traditional evaluation method, the absolute efficiency of sample cities is computed. The results of analysis are used to explore the reasons for the difference of fixed-assert investment efficiency. Meanwhile, suggestions are put forward in an attempt to improve the investment efficiency in different cities.
