摘要
采用中医辨证分型施治配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗产后精神障碍４４例，与单纯用西药治疗４６例对照观察。结果：治疗组治愈率为８８．６４％，有效率为９３．１８％；对照组治愈率为８２．６１％，有效率为８９．１３％，两组无显著差异。但临床疗效总评量表评定（ＣＧＩ）：治疗组疗效指数（ＥＩ）为３．７５，对照组为２．２２，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；副反应量表评定（ＴＥＳＳ）：治疗组为１．１２，对照组为１．８０。
Forty-four cases postpartum psychonosema were treated with syndrome differetiation of TCM and small dose of anti-psychopathy drugs.Result:In treatment group the cure rate was 88.64%,effective rate 93.18%;in control group it was 82.61%,89.13%,the difference was not significant.But according to CGI,EI in treatment group was 3.75,in control group 2.22,the difference was significant (P<005);according to TESS,it respectively was 1.12,1.80.
