摘要 本系统针对煤矿抽(压)风机风门设计,解决了之前较为落后的人为手动给风门绞车通断电进行风门控制的问题.同时也解决了切换风门时由于一个风门绞车掉电而无法切换风门的实际问题。本监控系统以MCGS为上位机监控软件,硬件设备以西门子S7-300 PLC为控制核心和具有双电源自动切换功能的硬件控制电路实现远程控制功能:视频监视设备采用三星的嵌入式全实时数字硬盘刻录机和带云台摄像头实现视频监视功能。本监测控制系统通过上位机进行远程监视控制风门绞车的启动和停止来控制中部风机风门的开启和关闭,现场调试证明,该系统运转良好,操作简单,易维护,具有广泛的应用前景。 This system is designed for the air door of exhaust fan (or pressure fan) of coal mine, it has resolved the problem that control the air door by turn on or turn off the power of the winch throttle manually, and has resolved the practical problem that can not switch the two air door because one winch power off when switching them. This monitoring system uses MCGS as monitoring software of host computer, Siemens S7 300 PLC as control core and double power resources automatic transforming switch circuit as hardware control equipment, to realize the remote controlling. Video monitoring equipment involves Samsung full embedded real-time digital hard disk carve transcription recorder and adjustable camera two parts. This monitoring system uses monitoring software of host computer to turn on or turn off the power of winch then turn on or turn off the air door. The field debugging proves that the system running well, simple operation, easy maintenance, it has a wide application prospect.
