林蛙油复方冲剂对超重环境下微波照射大鼠抗氧化效应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用林蛙油复方冲剂,分别于超重环境下微波照射前、超重环境下微波照射后、超重环境下微波照射中对Wistar大鼠进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清总抗氧化能力、抑制羟自由基能力和微量丙二醛含量,以探讨林蛙油复方冲剂对超重环境和微波辐射大鼠抗氧化的效应。结果表明,超重环境和微波辐射协同作用,可导致大鼠血清总抗氧化能力降低、抑制羟自由基能力增强、微量丙二醛含量增高。林蛙油于微波照射后干预可提高总抗氧化能力及抑制羟自由基能力,照射中干预可降低微量丙二醛含量。说明林蛙油复方冲剂的干预方式不同,对超重环境下微波辐射大鼠的抗氧化作用也不同。 To study the anti-oxidation effect of Rana Japonica Oil Compound Granules (RJOCJ)on the microwave radiated rats under hypergravity environment, The models of Wistar rats under synergistic action of hypergravity environment and microwave radiation were established to intervene the rats before, after and under synergistic action with RJOCG, to observe the total anti-oxidation ability and capability of inhibiting hydroxy radical and content of MDA in blood serum of different groups rats. The synergistic action of hypergravity environment and microwave radiation may decrease total anti-oxidation ability, strengthen capability of inhibiting hydroxy radical and increase content of the MDA; RJOCG nay increase total antio--xidation after synergistic action and capability of inhibiting hydroxy radical, and decrease content of MDA under the action. The different intervention ways of RJOCG may lead to different anti-oxidation effectes on the microwave radiated rats under hypergravity environment.
