Disscution on the assembly pressure of VRLA battery

通过对VRLA电池装配压力的分析比较,发现装配压力对电池寿命的影响。试验的结果也表明,装配压力不一样,其电池的充放电循环寿命也不同。VRLA电池的装配压力如果过松,也是影响电池使用寿命的原因之一。

By analyzing the assembly pressures of VRLA batteries, it was found that the battery lifetime was influenced by assembly pressures. Test results show that the charge and discharge cycle lives of the batteries were different if the assembly pressures were not the same. In addition, too low a quqntity of assembly pressure applied to VRLA batteries is also one of the factors to affect the battery service life.
