摘要 目的建立在非水溶液中方波伏安法快速检测尼莫地平含量的方法。方法在0.5mol.L-1的高氯酸四丁基铵(tetrabutylammonium perchlorate,TBAP)的乙腈溶液中尼莫地平在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,利用该峰及方波伏安法(square wave voltammetry,SWV),快速检测尼莫地平含量。结果尼莫地平的浓度在1~2000μg·mL^-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1μg·mL^-1,平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.99%(n=6),检测时间仅需1min。结论该方法可应用于尼莫地平片中尼莫地平含量的测定。方法准确可靠、操作简便、快速、重现性好。 Objective A rapid determination method of Nimodipine has been established by square wave voltammetry (SWV). Methods A sensitive oxidization peak of Nimodipine was obtained in 0. 5mol ·L^-1 tetrabutylammonium perchlorate (TBAP) buffer solution with a platinum electrode as work electrode. Based on it, a rapid determination method of nimodipine has been established by SWV. Results The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of nimodipine over the range of 1 -2000μg·mL^-1 with the detection limit of 1μg·mL^-1. The average recovery rate was 99.53%, RSD was 0. 99% (n=6). The whole detection time need only one minute. Conclusions This method is applied to the determination of nimodipine in Nimodipine Tablets. It is accurate and dependable, simple, rapid, easily reproducible.
