摘要
目的分析2007年我院住院患者麻醉药品应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院2007年1月~2007年12月住院麻醉药品处方共11337张,采用药物利用指数分析法进行分析。我院多数麻醉药品的药物利用指数（DUI）〈1.0。结果与结论我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,但哌替啶注射液和可待因片的使用还需进一步规范。
Objective To analysis the situation of the use of natrcotic drugs in our hospital in 2007 in ortder to provide references for rational use of narcotics. Methods Use drug utilization index to analysis 11337 pieces of prescription of narcotic drugs of inpatients in our hospital were collected from January to December in 2007. Most of natrcotic drugs of DUI〈1. 0. Results and Conclusions Utilization of narcotic drugs is rational in general, but the use of Pethidines injection and Codeine Phosplate tables should be improved in future.
