古今处方用量浅析

Analysis on dosage Differentialtion between Ancient and Nowaday Prescriptions

通过文献考证，实物实测，阐明了古今处方用量的关系，如汉唐１两约等于现代的１５克，１升约等于现代的２００毫升，附子１枚约等于现代的２５克，槟榔１枚约等于现代的７克等。同时结合临床分析。为，即使考证完全正确，古方用量也只能作为临床的参考，切不可胶柱鼓瑟生板硬套。

The dosage differentations between ancient and nowaday prescriptions are illustrated by examining documents and determining material ob- jects. Therewas shown in this thesis that 1 liang in Han or Tang Dynasty equals 15g at present, 1 litre, 200ml; a aconite, 25g; a seed of Palmas, 7g and so on. The writer pointed out that the ancient dosage is for reference only ahd can't be applied mechanically in clinic at present.
