异型高层钢结构超大型复杂铸钢节点设计及试验研究 被引量:7

Design and experiment for large size cast-steel joints of the heterotypic steel structure for high-rise building

摘要 文中异型高层钢结构在其下部柱的转折部位存在弯矩、轴力外荷载作用且受荷巨大,同时节点连接构造复杂,为解决梁柱连接构造以及保证节点的受力性能问题,在设计时采用了超大型的铸钢节点。对铸钢节点进行了有限元分析以及试验研究,结果表明试验结果与有限元分析结果接近,这对高层复杂梁柱连接节点设计中采用铸钢件提供一定的参考和借鉴作用,同时试验中25 000kN的加载也创下了国内建筑铸钢节点试验的加载记录。 The complex constitution is used in the pivotal point of the column of heterotypic high-rise steel structure with gigantic moment and axial force. The cast-steel joint is used for the complex constitution and construction safety. Finite element analysis and experiment research for the joints are also recommended. The results of the experiment research and finite element analysis are resemble. The research work may be a reference for similar heterotypic steel high-rise building with complex beam-column joints used of cast-steel. At the same time, a record for loading of cast-steel joints trial in domestic with the 25 000 kN loading was made.
