摘要
分析了目前常用的三种井口密封装置的结构,工作原理,以及在现场应用中存在的缺陷,针对密封圈的形状和材质选用不合理、盘根装拆不方便、没有调偏斜机构和不能实现防喷功能等现状,研制了一种新型采油井口密封装置。该密封装置采用普通传动V带作为密封盘根,成本低、密封性能好,设计盘根盒存储盘根,密封盘根螺旋缠绕在光杆上,使其安装和拆卸方便,可实现抽油机不停产加盘根作业,设计的防喷机构简单可靠,调偏斜机构可实现装置的角度调偏斜功能。现场试验表明,该密封装置操作简便,性能可靠,密封效果好,具有广阔的推广应用价值。
It was analyzed that structure, working principle and existing defects in oil field of three conventional polished rod sealing devices. In consideration of the disadvantages of conventional polished rod sealing devices and the status that the devices used to fail in service,a new polished rod sealing device is developed. The sealing device adopts ordinary transmission belts of V shape as its sealing stuffing, which makes low cost and perfect performance. Stuffing box is designed to store stuffing. Sealing stuffing are spiral wound to polished rod in order to be convenient to remove and install them and be able to change the stuffing without stopping well's production. Blowout--prevention mechanism is simple and reliable. Adjustable- deviation and inclination mechanism is used to regulate the angle of the sealing device. The field tests show that the sealing device has the advantages of convenient use, reliable performance, and perfect effect of sealing. It has wide prospects of application.
