Development of Integrated Data Platform for Power Grid Companies

实现企业级信息共享和业务集成的前提是建设企业级综合数据平台(integrated data platform,IDP)。文章基于IEC61970/61968CIM/CIS标准,提出了电网公司企业级IDP的总体构架。该IDP包括数据适配器、公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)及其扩展模型、标准数据服务和管理监控4大模块。以营销应用和设备管理为例,阐述了通过模型类的新建、简化和关联来扩展CIM的设计方法。分析了利用统一集成总线(unified integrative bus,UIB)开发符合组件接口规范(component interface specification,CIS)的数据接口服务的关键点以及基于IDP的典型应用。

To implement information sharing in enterprise level and business integration, it is necessary to build an enterprise-level integrated data platform （IDP）. Based on IEC 61970/61968 CIM/CIS standards, an overall architecture of enterprise-level IDP for power grid companies, which contains four main modules, namely data adapter, common information model （CIM） and its extension, standard data services and management and monitoring, is proposed. Taking marketing application and equipment management for example, the design approach to extend CIM by newbuilding, simplifying and correlating of model classes is expounded, for this purpose CORBA is adopted to develop Utility Information Bus （UIB） to support component interface specification （CIS） compliance information services. The key points in developing data interface service that conforms to component interface specification （CIS） by use of UIB as well as the typical application based on IDP are analysed.
