摘要 为了解决当风力机参数辨识错误或有扰动误差时,最大风能捕获策略出现的风能利用率下降问题,提出基于最小二乘法中的遗忘因子法辨识风力机参数,进而利用所得参数计算风力机工作于最大功率点时的最佳转速,结合定子磁链定向矢量控制技术实现最大风能捕获。以随机风为例,对1.5MW双馈变速恒频风力发电系统在风力机参数有误及辨识正确后的运行特性进行了仿真比较,结果表明,参数辨识正确后的系统在稳态和动态情况下都能很好地捕获最大风能,且风速响应速度快,鲁棒性良好。验证了所提出控制策略的有效性和正确性。 To solve the problem that the maximal wind energy capture based wind energy utilization rate decreases due to the error in parameter identification of wind turbine or wind speed fluctuation, it is proposed to identify parameters of wind turbine by forget factor algorithm in least square; then by use of the obtained parameters the optimal rotating speed of wind turbine is calculated while it works at its maximum power point; and then combining with stator flux-oriented vector control technique the maximal wind energy capture is realized. Taking the stochastic wind for example, the simulative comparison of operation characteristic of doubly-fed variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) wind power generator with capacity of 1.5 MW under error parameter identification and after correct parameter identification is performed. Comparison results show that after the correct parameter identification the maximal wind energy capture can be implemented under both steady and dynamic states of wind power generation system, the response rate of wind speed is fast and the robustness is satisfied, thus the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed control strategy is verified.
