鲁西新农村建设条件下对农户资金借贷需求——以聊城为例

The Impactive of Luxi Rural Credit Cooperatives' Farmers' Financial Need under the Building the New Countryside of Luxi Such as Liaocheng

金融是经济的核心,农村金融对农村经济发展有着重要作用。为了解当前新农村建设条件下,农户对新农村建设的了解情况、农户的资金需求状况、农村信用社对当前农村经济建设及新农村建设的影响。对聊城市下辖的区县进行了调查。调查显示农户对新农村建设有部分了解,农户对农村信用社支持新农村建设抱有很大希望并在此基础上提出了政策建议。

Finance if the core of economy,rural finance plays an important role of development of the rural economy.In order to understand the current conditions of building the new countryside,what content of the farmers understanding the new countryside,what degree of the farmers’ financial needs meet,and what the Rural Credit Cooperatives affects the current rural economy and the building the new countryside.We investigated Liaocheng districts and the counties under governed by Liaocheng city.Our Investigation revealed that the farmers understanded part content of the building of new countryside,and farmers have great hope of the Rural Credit Cooperatives supporting the the building of new countryside.On the basis of it,we put forward to the policy.
