摘要
《李星使来去信》是北洋军械局与李凤苞之间的信函汇总。这批信函透露了大量的海防史资料,是《李鸿章全集》等资料的有益补充;同时也是较为重要的传记资料。鉴于《李星使来去信》有着重要的史料价值和学术价值,笔者拟对其主要内容及其相关情况作一介绍。
Li xing shi＇s incoming letters and outgoing correspondences is a collection of letters between Tientsin Armory and Li Feng-bao. These letters embody lots of naval information. What＇s more, these are also biographical datas. These letters are rare and I will introduce them.
