Analysis of 2847 Reports of Drug Induced Nervous Damage

目的对辽宁省2007年药物性神经损害病例报告进行分析,探讨药物神经损害发生的规律。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2007年辽宁省药品不良反应监测中心收集到的2847份药物致神经系统损害的病例报告进行分析。结果引起神经损害的药物主要包括抗微生物药物(30.31%)、作用于循环系统的药物(15.81%)、作用于中枢神经系统的药物(15.24%)和中药(14.99%);不良反应主要为头痛、头晕、憋气、潮红、眩晕、嗜睡、失眠等。结论重视药物对神经系统的损害,合理使用有神经毒性的药物。

Objective By analyzing the situation of drug induced nervous damage in Liaoning province in 2007, and to explore regularity. Methods With retrospective case study, analyze 2 847 adverse drug reaction（ADR） reports of drug induced nervous damage in Liaoning province in 2007. Results Drug induced nervous damage including antimicrobials （30.31%）, Circulatory system drugs （15.81%）, Central nervous system drugs（15.24%） and Chinese Herb Medicine（14.99%）. Adverse events include headache,dizziness, breath holding, flushing,vertigo,somnolence,insomnia. Conclusion It is important to pay close attention to the druginduced nervous damage, to ensure the safe and rational use of drug.
