摘要
对26例24～61岁疑有心脏神经症或（和）β-受体过敏综合征的患者．先后施行运动试验、心得安试验和心得安运动试验，并进行了比较。发现心得安运动试验诊断效能明显高于运动试验和心得安试验（0．01＜P＜0．05），而运动试验、心得安试验二者间并无明显差异（P＞0．05）。提示心得安运动试验比运动试验、心得安试验能更好地鉴别心脏功能性病变与器质性病变。这种新疗法临床中值得推广。
A contrastive study was carried out about the results of exercise electrocardiograph test,inderal test and inderal-exercise test for 26 patients who are suspected to have cardiac neurosis and/or beta receptof anaphylactia syndrome. It is concluded that inderal-exercise test is more valuable than the other two types of tests (0.01＜P＜0.05),while there is no obvious difference between the inderal test and the exercise electrocardiograph test (P＞0.05),indicating that the inderal-exercise test is the best way to detect cardial functional disorder and organic disease.
