摘要 针对割集法装配序列自动生成存在的问题,以三维产品模型为基础,建立了基于三维产品模型的装配顺序系统结构,对其中涉及的最小生成树的获取、割集法装配序列自动生成、装配信息建模等关键技术进行了研究。在此基础上,以车床刀架为例,对以上技术进行了实现。 Directed against the existed problems on the automatic generation of assembly sequence of cut set method and taking the 3D product model as a base, the assembly sequence systematical structure of 3D product model was established. The study has been carried out on the there-into involved key technologies of the acquirement of minimum generation tree, of the automatic generation of assembly sequence of cut set method and of the modelling of assembling information etc.. Taking this investigation as a base and use the lathe saddle as an example an implementation was carried out on the above stated technology.
