摘要
本文采用成熟的三相四象限PWM整流技术,通过改造级联型高压变频器单个功率单元的整流部分,对直流母线电容电压进行闭环控制来稳定功率单元直流母线电容上的电压,实现能量回馈。这种方法不仅解决了一般的级联型高压变频器能量不能回馈,单个功率单元直流母线电容电压不稳的问题,而且还能使网侧的功率因素为1,使级联型高压变频器成为真正的绿色变频器。
This paper control the dc-link capacitance of single power-cell with closed loop for energy feedback and steady DC-link capacitance voltage by rebuilding the rectification of single power-cel, l based on the technology of three PWM rectifier. This method could not only solve the problem that dc-link capacitance is not steady and energy can not be feed backed of general cascaded medium-voltage converter, but also can improve the power factor for 1, and make cascaded medium-voltage converter for the real green converter.
