鲑鱼卵巢外皮水解肽的抗氧化性和降低胆固醇性能研究

摘要 在鱼体中鱼类卵巢外皮起类似于陆上哺乳动物胎盘的作用,鱼类在怀卵期间,卵和卵体外部的营养物质的交换就是通过卵巢外皮膜进行的,这不仅是因为外皮膜中含有构成蛋白质的多种氨基酸和微量元素,还由于它含有维持卵子正常生长发育所需的多种营养成分。本研究为了查明鲑鱼卵巢外皮水解肽(SOP)的功能性,通过HepG2细胞的体外实验,探讨了SOP的抗氧化性和降胆固醇性能,同时将其与表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)进行了比较与分析。 The fish ovarian surface epithelium in its body plays a similar role as mammal placenta within the brood. Nutrients exchange between the roe and the Ovarian external proceeds through the ovarian surface epithelium in which the adventitia contains the trace elements, variety of amino acids as the components for maintaining constitution of protein, but also variety of nutrition factors for keeping the roe normal growth needs.In order to verify the functionality of chum salmon ovarian surface epithelium hydrolyzed peptide (SOP), the experiments were performanced through HepG2 cell in vitro to discuss both the antioxidation and cholesterol-lowering properties of peptide from chum salmon ovarian surface epithelium.Simultaneously the comparison with epigallocatechin gallate (ECGC) were analyzed.
