大孔树脂分离纯化五味子乙素

Study on separation and purification of schisandrin B by macroporous resin

比较了六种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对五味子乙素的吸附性质,结果表明,AB-8型树脂对五味子乙素具有很好的吸附特性,确定其工艺参数为:上样浓度0.05mg·mL-1、上样流速为1mL·min-1,静态吸附时间为4h,解吸流速为0.5mL·min-1,解吸用量为100mL。

Macroporous resin AB-8 was selected out of 6 types of macroporous resins by comparing the absorption and desorption properties for schisandrin B.The absorption kinetics of resin AB-8 for schisandrin B was also studied.The appropriate absorption conditions were：concentration of schisandrin B 0.05mg . mL^-1;absorption flow rate 1mL . min^-1 ;absorption time 4h;elution rate of 0.5mL . min^-1 ;elution volume of 100mL.
