摘要
目的:筛选桦滴孔菌胞内多糖的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交实验法对影响桦滴孔菌胞内多糖的水提工艺因素进行了研究,用苯酚-硫酸法对桦滴孔菌多糖进行含量测定。结果:桦滴孔菌胞内多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间3h,提取次数2次,提取温度80℃,加水量30倍;用此工艺提取多糖简单易行,方法重现性好,适合于工业化生产提取多糖。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of intracellular polysaccharides from Piptoporus betulinus. Methods:Factors related to the extraction efficacy were studied by orthogonal design.Results: Optimal conditions for polysaccharide extraction were 30-fold of water,3h refluxing under 80% for 2 timed,the method was simple, reproducible and suitable for large-scale production of the polysaccharides.
