摘要
食品安全与其原料息息相关,为给政府监管提供依据,同时维护消费者的知情权,转基因作物是目前食品安全的热点之一。本研究从大豆、玉米和番茄中提取到高质量的DNA,在分别对大豆内标准基因Lectin、玉米内标基因IVR和番茄内标基因PG进行扩增的基础上,设计相应的特异性引物,建立了稳定的定性PCR反应体系,对CaMV35S启动子基因进行了扩增,结果表明,浙江省市场上大豆转基因阳性机率占57%,玉米和番茄转基因阳性机率各占43%。
To maintain the consumers' right to know the truth and provide the basis for government' s supervision, the soybean,corn and tomato from agricultural market of Hangzhou were investigated,to detect whether they were genetically modified or not. We improved the method of DNA extraction to make the detection process more quickly,less pollutive and more suitable for large-scale PCR assays.Based on the PCR amplification of soybean endogenous gene-Lectin, corn endogenous gene-IVR,tomato endogenous gene-PG, CaMV 35S promoter gene, the results showed that about 5.7% of soybean,43% of corn and 43% of tomato were genetically modified from agricultural markets of Zhejiang Province, which indicated there were very popular in these three crops from genetic modified cultivars.
