摘要 柑橘精油是一种安全的抗菌剂,对食品中多种微生物都有较好的抑制效果。柑橘精油可作为对人体和环境有害的化学杀菌剂的天然替代物,在食品应用中具有较大的潜力。但目前在食品工业的抗菌应用也存在着一些问题。 Citrus essencial oils are safe and have great antimicrobial activity against many types of microbials in food.They can be good alternatives to chemical antimicrobials that are not safe to human bodies and environment, and have great potential in food application.However, there are also problems in antimicrobial applications within food industry nowadays.
