摘要
乳铁蛋白是一种天然的、具有许多特殊生理功能的糖蛋白,是当今国内外研究的热点之一。本文从乳铁蛋白的结构、理化特性、生物学功能、分离提取技术以及发展动态等方面对其近几年来国内外研究进展进行了综述。
Lactoferrin is a kind of iron combine glycoprotein which has many physiological function,and it is one of hot topic home and abroad.In this article,the structure,the physical and chemical properties,biological functions, separating preparation methods and the developing status in recent years were reviewed.
