现代食品加工技术在咸味香精产业的发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,技术的应用程度直接决定了产品质量优劣与产品的竞争优势。本文较为详细地介绍了咸味香精生产过程中常用的食品加工技术以及挤压膨化、纳米技术等新技术的应用研究。
The advanced food process technology is highly important in production of briny flavoring, the quality and the competitive advantage of product directly result from process technology. The typic food process technology during manufacture of briny flavoring was introduced, and the applied research on extrusion technology, nanometer technology was explained.
