对和谐社会发展目标下的城市快速路设计展望

Design Expectation of Urban Expressway under Objective of Harmonious Social Development

以往城市快速路设计以缓解城市交通拥堵为目的,设计人员比较注重道路路网和交通规划领域的系统研究。城市快速路建设为人类社会带来巨大的经济效益,同时也带来了其他问题,比如:环境的污染、交通安全的隐患、交通管理的复杂。随着我国国民经济持续增长和人民生活水平不断提高,城市居民对生活环境提出更高层次的要求与期望。为了适应国际、国内新形势,建设和谐社会,落实科学发展观,有必要对今后城市快速路的设计内涵进行充实,在满足道路交通功能的前提下,体现良好的环保、节能、安全、智能和景观效果。该文结合一些工程和研究成果,对未来城市快速路的设计元素提出一些想法,以达到提升设计品质,适应新形势下城市快速路建设发展的需要。

The designers paid more attention to the systematical study of road network and traffic planning because of taking the relaxing of the urban traffic jam as the aim in the design of urban expressway before. The construction of urban expressway brings the great economical benefit to the human society, and at the same time, also brings the other problems, i.e. pollution of environment, hidden trouble of traffic safety and complexity of traffic management. With the sustaining increment of the national economy and the continuous enhancement of the people’s living level in China, the urban residents put forward the higher requirements and expectation of the living environment. In order to suit the international and local new situations, to set up the harmonious society and to put into effect of scientific development outlook, it is necessary to enrich the design connotation of the urban expressway in the future. Under the premise to meeting the road traffic function, it is to present the good environmental protection, energy saving, safety, intelligence and landscape effect. Combined with some engineering and studying results, the article puts forward some thinking for the design elements of the future urban expressways to reach the upgrading of the design character and to suit the demand of urban expressway construction development under the new situation.
