摘要
该文以杭州地铁1号线红普路站工程为背景,针对红普路站工程概况、水文地质等情况,结合钻孔咬合桩本身的施工工艺,详细深入地分析了钻孔咬合桩的施工技术。对红普路站钻孔咬合桩在施工过程中的各种可能影响成桩质量的现象采取了针对性的措施。在施工过程中对成桩效果进行了进一步的检验,并且在基坑开挖过程中证明其防漏防渗性能优劣,为类似工程提供了参考依据,有利于进一步探讨钻孔咬合桩在深基坑工程中的适用范围。
Taking Hangzhou Metro No.1 Line Hongpu Road Station Project as the background, aiming at the present engineering situation and hydrological geological conditions of Hongpu Road Station, and combined with the construction technology of bored bitted pile, the article deeply analyzes the construction technology of bored bitted pile in detail. The pertinence measures are taken for various phenomenon influencing the quality of the finished piles in the course of constructing the bored bitted piles of Hongpu Road Station. The further inspection is carried out for the effect of finished piles in the course of construction, and the advantages and disadvantages of its anti- leakage and anti-seepage performances are proved in the course of the pit excavation able to provide the reference for the similar projects, which are favorable for further discussing the applicable range of bored bitted pile in the deep foundation pit project.
