上海市A11公路拓宽改建工程沪昆铁路跨线桥主跨为55mT梁,单片55mT梁最重212.3t,梁高3m,上翼缘宽1.7m,上翼缘厚230mm,中间腹板厚200mm,牛腿宽560mm,一跨共6片,与铁路斜交角度为31°。T梁提移梁采用高低龙门吊起吊,由250t架桥机架设。该文介绍了对移喂梁高低龙门架及其基础部分的设计,可供相关专业人员参考。
The main span in Hukun Railway Overpass Bridge of A11 Highway Widening Reconstruction Project is 55-m T girder. The single segment of 55-mm T girder is 212.3t for the most weight, thegirder is 3 m high, the upper flange is 1.7 m wide and 230 mm thick, the middle web is 200 mm thick, and the corbel is 560 mm wide. There are 6 segments in all. The skew angle of T girder is 310 with the railway. Hoisting and traveling girders of T beam are lifted by the high and low gantry cranes, and erected by 250- t bridge erector. The article introduces the design of high and low gantry cranes and the foundations for travelling and feeding girders able to provide the reference for the relative career men.
