摘要
该文首先指出随着城市规模的不断扩大,城市道路的建设已经成为城市规划的主要组成部分。接着,提出在城市道路建设过程中,除了科学、全面、严密、精心地进行规划与设计之外,同时应严格编制项目质量计划,做到对外的质量保证和对内的质量控制,并采取必要的质量控制手段,做到对项目质量的实施和验证。
With the continuous enlarging of city scale, the construction of city road has become the main composed part of the city planning. In the course of city road construction, it is scientifically, completely, strictly and carefully to carry out the planning and design, and at the same time, should be strictly to workout the quality plan of the projects to do well the external quality guarantee and internal quality control, and take the necessary the quality control means and do well the implementation and validation of the project quality.
