新农村建设的问题和研究——以浦江镇为例

Problem and Study in Building New Countryside——Taking Pujiang Town as a Case

上海作为面向国际、服务全国的大都市提出了建设"新郊区新农村"的战略设想。随之浦江镇启动了相应的新农村村庄综合整治建设方案。遵循"生产发展,生活宽裕,乡风文明,村容整洁,管理民主"的新农村建设总体要求,同时满足就近安置、交通方便、有利于市政基础设施配套的原则,在最近几年的建设过程中取得了不小的成果,但随之也显现了一些问题。该文以浦江镇为例,就新农村建设中的问题和研究思路进行探索。

Shanghai as a metropolis facing internationally and serving the whole country puts forward the strategic conception of building'new suburb and new country'.According to the strategic conception,Pujiang Town starts the relative comprehensive harnessing building scheme of new countryside villages.It is to follow the overall building requirement of new countryside on 'production development,well-off life,civilized rural wind,clean village,and management democracy',and at the same time,it is to meet the principles of local placement,convenient traffic,and being favorable for the municipal infrastructure.The greater results are achieved in the course of construction in recent years,but also some problems appear.Taking Pujiang Town as a case,the article discusses the problems and studying thinking in the building of new countryside.
