高等教育大众化背景下的大学生就业问题分析及对策研究

On the Reasons and Countermeasures of Graduates' Difficulties in Employment under the Popularization of Higher Education Background

高等教育大众化是当今社会发展的必然要求,和满足民众对自身教育素质提升的必然选择。在分析目前我国高等教育大众化阶段的就业状况下,进一步探讨了大学生就业难的原因,从本质上分析了高等教育大众化与毕业生就业难的问题,最后提出该如何有效的面对当前的就业形势。

Popularization of higher education is the inevitable requirement of social development as well as the necessary choice to improve their own education quality. Based on the analysis of employment situation under the popularization of higher education background ,this article studies the reason for graduates＇difficuh employment situation, and essentially analyzes the popularization of higher education and employment difficulty, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the graduates＇ employment problem.
