今年是新中国成立60周年,也是我国广播影视改革发展关键的一年。在第十八届北京广播电影电视设备展览会(BIRTV2009)主题报告会上,广电总局副局长张海涛针对当前广播影视的发展趋势,就积极推进广播影视节目内容高清化、传输网络双向化、接收终端多样化,积极推进节目内容与传播载体的协调发展,努力为人民群众提供更多、更好、更方便的节目内容和资讯信息服务谈了四点意见。本刊全文刊载这次讲话的内容,供大家学习。

This year is the 60th anniversary of the foundation of new China, and also a critical year of reform and development of China's radio, film and television industry. At the keynote conference of BIRTV2009,Zhang Haitao, deputy director of SARFT, aiming at current trends of the industry, made four comments for promoting high definition program, bidirectional transformation of transmission network and diversification of receiving terminal and promoting harmonious development of content and carrier to provide people with more, better and more convenient content and information service.
