Influence on Talent-Training Model for Physical Education Major Under the Economic Globalization

经济全球化在导致全球经济竞争日益激烈的同时,也对我国人才培养提出了更高层次的要求.本文总结了体育教育专业传统人才培养模式的问题,然后从人才培养理念、人才培养目标、人才培养过程、人才培养制度和人才培养评价等五个方面探讨了经济全球化对体育教育专业传统人才培养模式产生的影响.

Economic globalizations has not only intensified global competition in the economic sphere but also put forward higher requirements on the cultivation of talents in our country. The thesis summarizes the questions of traditional talent-training model for physical education major, discusses the impacts exerted by the economic globalization to the talent-training model on these five aspects： the ideas, the target, the process, the evaluation and the policy of talent cultivation.
