摘要
目的:探讨Brn-3a和MDM-2在宫颈癌和癌前病变中的表达及其作为宫颈癌和癌前病变生物标志物的可行性和临床意义。方法:利用SP免疫组化法检测110例蜡块标本中Brn-3a和MDM-2的表达。结果:宫颈癌及癌前病变各组的Brn-3a表达阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCC组及CINIII组的MDM-2表达阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SCC组与CIN组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Brn-3a和MDM-2在各临床分期及组织学分级中的阳性表达无统计学差异(P>0.05);Brn-3a与MDM-2蛋白阳性表达之间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:Brn-3a和MDM-2可作为宫颈癌前病变的生物标志物。
Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of Brn-3a and MDM-2 and to explore the potential of Brn-3a and MDM-2 as biomarkers for cervical cancer (CC) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods :Immunohistochemistry method (Streptavidin-biotion method,S-P) was used to detect the expression of Brn-3a protein and MDM-2 protein on 110 cases of cervical paraffin specimens. Results:Compared with control group,the expression of Brn-3a protein in SCC and CIN group were higher (P〈0. 05) ;Compared with control group,the expression of MDM-2 protein in SCC and CIN III group were higher (P〈0.05). Compared with CINI group,the expression of MDM-2 protein in SCC group were higher(P〈0.05) ;There was no significant correlations between clinical stage and abnormal expression of Brn-3a and MDM-2(P〉0.05) ;There was no significant correlations between microanatomic stage and abnormal expression of Brn-3a and MDM-2(P〉0.05) ;There was no significant correlations among expression of Brn-3a and MDM-2(P〉0.05). Conclusion :Over expression of Brn-3a and MDM-2 can be used as useful biomarkers to indicate CC and CIN.
